DAY 1: From town of Šibenik to the island of Kaprije

Šibenik is a beautiful Mediterranean city, situated in the heart of Dalmatia. It’s administrative center of Šibenik - Knin County. In Šibenik is situated marina Mandalina, one of the safest marinas on the Adriatic. Marina Mandalina is well connected with the rest of the region and is an ideal base for sailing around the Šibenik archipelago. If you haven’t rented a boat yet for your sailing or cruising, do it through our offer of boats for rent or visit our site of marina Mandalina, where are all the important information about the marina and boat offer. After you take a break from the way in the marina and make a purchase of groceries for your boat and check in, around 17:00 pm you can sail out from the marina. Since it’ll be quite late, we suggest you to sail of to the island of Kaprije.

Kaprije island is located 15 km southwest of Šibenik. Island is rich with fruitful valleys where grows olives and grapes, and clean air and pleasant surrounding attracts many tourists who want to get away from city crowds and relax. The only settlement on the island is Kaprije, situated in the bay of St. Peter and protected from strong winds. Kaprije has a shop and several restaurants and taverns. After overnight on Kaprije, in the morning sail off to the Velika Stupica bay on the island Žirje.

DAY 2: From the island of Kaprije - Velika Stupica bay on islad Žirje - island Piškera

Velika Stupica bay is located on the south side of the island of Žirje and is one of the most attractive bays of the Šibenik archipelago. Although it has a reputation as the safest Adriatic bay, it is dangerous for anchoring during strong sirocco. In the bay there are two stone houses and a tavern '' Stupica ''. After a rest and a bathing in Velika Stupica, sail away to the island Piškera in National Park Kornati.

Piškera is the second largest island in Kornati archipelago. Although uninhabited, and acts as a deserted island, Piškera comes alive in summer times. Island Piškera is an integral part of the National Park Kornati, and next to its coast pass away numerous excursion and charter boats. Between the islands of Piškera and the islet Vela Panitula is a beautiful ACI marina Piškera with 120 berths. In the marina there is restaurant, exchange office and shop.

DAY 3: From the island Piškera - island Levrnaka - Nature Park Telašćica

After overnight on island Piškera, the route continues to the Kornati archipelago and island Levrnaka. Levrnaka is a small island in the Kornati archipelago, located 6 nm from Telašćica. On the southwest coast of the island is a beautiful sandy beach Lojena where tourists often come with boats on bathing. On the island of Levrnaka there are two small restaurants on the opposite coast of the island. After swimming and lunch on island Levrnaka, route continues to the Nature Park Telašćica.

Telašćica bay, by which the whole nature park is named, is located on the southeastern part of the island of Dugi otok and is one of the safest, most beautiful and largest natural harbors in the Adriatic. Nature Park Telašćica features three basic phenomena: Telašćica bay, cliffs or so-called ‘stene’ of Dugi Otok which rise to 200 m above the sea, and a medicinal salt lake Mir. In the Telašćice there are several restaurants where you can enjoy in traditional local specialties. Anchoring and overnight stay on boats is allowed in bays in the park. In the morning sail away to the island of Iž.

DAY 4: From Nature Park Telašćica - island Iž - village Sali on the island Dugi otok

Veli Iž is a settlement in the bay on the northeastern side of the island of Iž, also is the largest settlement on the island. Population of Veli Iž is mainly engaged in agriculture, fishing and tourism. In the Veli Iž there are several taverns and restaurants, cafes, shop, a bakery and small marina. Mali Iž is a village situated on the southern part of the island of Iž. Mali iž provides a quiet and relaxing holiday. Southeast from Mali Iž is Vodenjak bay. In front of the bay there is a small Islet, and bay provides a safe anchorage and protection from the bora and mistral. After visiting island Iž, we will continue our route to place Sali on island Dugi Otok.

Sali is the largest settlement on the island of Dugi otok and its administrative center, located on the southern part of the island near the entrance to the Nature Park Telašćica. It is known for a thousand year old fishing tradition, beautiful sacred objects and famous manifestation ''Saljske užance''. Sali has a few restaurants, caffe bars and shops. Near Sali is located Sašćica bay, known for its rocky beach with concrete terraces. In Sali there is a mooring for boats with water and electricity. After overnight on Sali, in the morning visit island Zverinac.

DAY 5: From village Sali - island Zverinac - island Molat

Island Zverinac is located in the Zadar archipelago, between island Dugi Otok and the island Veli Tun. Island is adorned with dense Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful bays. On the western side of the island are situated bays Kablin and Zverinac, while on the north side is Hervatin bay. The only place on the island is Zverinac, with restaurant and shop. After island Zverinac, route continues towards to the island Molat.

Molat is an island in the northern part of Zadar archipelago, located between Vir Sea and the open waters of the Adriatic Sea on the northwest. Molat is the main settlement on the island, has two shops, a bakery and several restaurants. On the island there are several beautiful bays, from which most famous Brgulje bay where you can safely anchor. After spending the night in Brgulje bay, sail away to the island Rivanj.

DAY 6: From island Molat - island Rivanj - village Sutomišćica on the island Ugljan

Rivanj is a small island located between island Sestrunj and island Ugljan, 12 nautical miles from the Preko. Rivanj is suitable for those who look for complete peace, away from the crowds and bustle. The island has no shops, restaurants or cafes. It has ideal conditions for sailing, windsurfing and other water sports. After a break on this peaceful island, next stop is the Sutomišćica on the island of Ugljan.

On the east coast of the island of Ugljan lies a small tourist village Sutomišćica. Sutomišćica is located in a beautiful bay, within is placed Olive Island marina. In the marina there is a restaurant, cafe and shop. Sutomišćica has several catering facilities where you can have a nice dinner.

DAY 7: From village Sutomišćica to town of Šibenik

After returning to Šibenik, you have enough time for the city tour. Šibenik is a town of rich cultural heritage, superb cuisine and many famous events. Be sure to walk around old city center and visit the famous Cathedral of St. James from the 15th century which is on the UNESCO world heritage list, numerous Šibenik Churches, medieval palaces and fortresses. During summer, Šibenik holds numeorus local and international events such as the International Children's Festival, Evenings of Dalmatian chanson and medieval Šibenik fair.
