Sailing Caribbean - one of the most beautiful areas on Earth
The Caribbean have always been a synonym for life in paradise: a long hot summer throughout the year, a multitude of picturesque islands, heavenly white sandy beaches, turquoise blue sea, the specific flora and fauna and luxurious accommodations are just some of the characteristics of this area. The Caribbean are sub region of Central America and includes Caribbean Sea, its islands and surrounding coastline.
They have subtropical climate with hot rainy summers and warm dry winters; seasons of hurricanes and tropical storms last from July to October. Caribbean wore the name ''West Indies''. The famous explorer and merchant Christopher Columbus in 1942 has sailed to Caribbean Islands, becoming the first person who discovered the New World.
Caribbean consists of more than 700 islands, islets, atolls and reefs scattered over the surface of 100,000 square kilometers of ocean. The Caribbean are touristic one of the most visited and most attractive areas in the world. They are also known around the world as a perfect sailing destination, and the most popular sailing areas in the Caribbean are the British Virgin Islands and the islands of St. Martin, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Saint Lucia.
